“The Zingaro is the collection of people behind the big red food truck at Beergarden. We specialize in out-of-the-box cooking… creating unique burgers, crazy hot dogs, loaded poutine, stuffed corndogs, and whatever else catches our fancy.
Our burgers range from classics like BBQ Bacon to some of our own unique creations like The Billy. This one pays homage to some of our roots in New Mexico and has New Mexico Hatch green chilis, jalapeno, pickled jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, onion and pepper jack cheese all dressed with ‘Billy Sauce’ and Sriracha mustard.
We try to keep things as local as we can. The meat for our burgers comes from Benedetti’s Meat Market. Buns and pretzels are provided by Reality Kitchen. Desserts from Davey’s Chocolates. And we now have gluten-free options from Elegant Elephant Baking Co.!”

Aloha! We are delighted to bring you the very first poke’ centric eatery in Lane County. A place where you can design your own bowls to your craving with a variety of protein, sides and toppings to choose from. Poke bowls are a great healthy option. Every bowl that come out is beautiful and vibrant. We also offer signature poke’ burritos and hand rolls. We hand cubed our tuna daily to assure freshness and best quality possible. We then pre-marinate the fish to allow it to cure, which firms up the texture and adds flavor. Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish consist of mainly tuna (ahi). However, at Moi Poki, we also offer large prawns, seared salmon, scallops and octopus. For Vegetarian option, we offer tofu.
Our owner and chef, Francine Austin, winner of 2016 Signature Chef Challenge grew up eating poke’ all her life. After many visits to Kauai and the Big Island eating fresh poke’ every day, it gave her the idea to open up a poke’ place in 2017. Our poke’ is a little bit of on the traditional and fusion side. Chef nFrancine’s passion for cooking and feeding people led her to her success today. Her food is truly a labor of love.
