Faroe Rum (pronounced Fair-oh Rum) plays traditional Celtic music with a Pacific NW accent, offering up a musical braid of upbeat jigs & reels, danceable waltzes, and sweet ballads. Their music will briefly transport you over the cold Atlantic to the green lands of Ireland, Scotland, & the Shetlands. Members are Amy Burrow (fiddle & vocals) Virgil Cater (whistle & percussion) Louise Dandurand (mandolin) Brent Hample (acoustic guitar & vocals) and Ernie O’Byrne (flutes & whistles). We are stoked to have them back on our stage!
