Faroe Rum (pronounced Fair-oh Rum) plays traditional Celtic music with a Pacific NW accent, offering up a musical braid of upbeat jigs & reels, danceable waltzes, and sweet ballads. Their music will briefly transport you over the cold Atlantic to the green lands of Ireland, Scotland, & the Shetlands. Members are Virgil Cater (percussion & vocals), Brent Hample (acoustic guitar & vocals), Ernie O’Byrne (flutes & whistles), Jeremy Sher (fiddle), and Corwin Bolt (Irish tenor banjo)!
