We are absolutely stoked to have our friends, Rootdown, to kick off our Margaritafest 2025! On the first day of summer in 2007, Rootdown was formed in the college town Eugene, Oregon. Combining the sunny sounds of reggae, with a splash of alternative rock and hip-hop the band independently released three EPs and one full-length album. Sit back, sip on a margarita and listen to the smooth sounds of Rootdown.

Night 2 of our Margaritafest 2025, we welcome Choro na Cozinha to our stage. Choro na Cozinha (Choro in the Kitchen) is an Oregon-based quartet that plays a mix of Brazilian music and both old-timey and contemporary American jazz.

Night 3 of our Margaritafest 2025, we welcome Ricardo Cardenas. Ricardo Cárdenas is a Eugene-based, classically trained guitarist and composer from Chile. Cárdenas has performed with legendary Zimbabwean musician Thomas Mapfumo and recorded with Steve Perry (Cherry Poppin’ Daddies). Ricardo has written music for the play Ardiente Paciencia, premiered by Portland’s Miracle Theatre Group, and for the Gabriela Martinez documentary film "Keep Your Eye on Guatemala". Ricardo Cárdenas is actively performing throughout the Northwest, as well as teaching and composing music.

Mariachi Cuervo was founded June 2023. Two siblings are founding members of Mariachi Del Sol of Springfield High School, Miguel and Elena Gonzales are brother and sister who have been performing Mariachi music for more than 17 years. Jason Villa who started a mariachi band while attending the University of Oregon joined them June 2023 to start Mariachi Cuervo. In December 2023 Analaura Penaloza joined, she had also played in the Springfield High School Mariachi when she was in high school and went on to play for the orchestra at the University of Oregon. They recently added a new member February 2025, Sierra Freeman who has extensive experience playing classical and other variety of music but her first time playing Mariachi music. This group is excited about playing music and sharing the beauty of live traditional Mexican music with everyone across the state of Oregon. (And further when the opportunity arises.)

Where Arthur Buezo is from and has developed cant be pin-pointed, as he has travelled for all of his life. Throughout these travels, music has been the main constant for him. Arthur Buezo has been a professional musician since 2010 and now is a One-Man-Band performer bringing the self titled genre, Savage Folk.

Equal parts country and blues, Melissa's music is firmly rooted in the rural West. Through her distinctive voice and adept songwriting, she leads us through the timber and mining towns that speckle her part of the world while weaving throughout stories of grit, determination, and precious joy. Ruth has four self-produced albums to her name as well as having produced a live album by the Western band, the Slow Ponies. Ruth and her husband and guitar player Johnny Leal perform as a duo and with their band, Melissa Ruth & The Likely Stories, throughout the West.

Forest Mountain Lion brings an intimate but powerful folk rock experience. Listeners are immersed in an original musical style. Lyrical stories blend themes of love, longing and friendship with messages of spiritual empowerment and the vision and strength to create a better world. After years playing music in Los Angeles, where he received accolades from the LA Times for his orchestral rock project The Struggle Is Not Real, Forest traded a studio full of gadgets for an acoustic guitar and an elk skin drum so he can play music outdoors. He has a degree in orchestral composition from the University of Oregon and has recorded many albums, available on all platforms. For many upcoming shows, he's thrilled to be accompanied by two incredible musicians – Anumi on violin and Jacob Sellars on bass. Most of Forest's current repertoire is new original music that hasn't yet been recorded.

Delphinium Blue is a seven piece band from Eugene, Oregon. Forming in February of 2023, the band began playing shows around town, building a repertoire of rock, funk, and soul covers and originals. Members include Charlie and Flora on lead vocals, Shane on guitar, Zev and Joey on guitar/bass, Ellie on keys/saxophone, and Jake on drums.

Luma Knotty will bring you on an illuminated musical journey, serving up an original blend of guitar-driven funk, rock, and reggae. The infectious horn lines elevate the band's raw energy, giving their sound a powerful, yet polished aura. Hailing from Green Bay, Wisconsin, this group is continuously evolving, while still honoring their diverse musical roots. Founded in 2017 by guitarist Ryan Patrick with the idea to fuse his musical upbringing in blues & funk rock with his training from McNally Smith College of Music and his years of experience in roots reggae. While writing original music and lyrics telling stories of love, loss, and awakening, Ryan wanted to create a more modern approach to reggae. Referencing his love for vibrant stage lighting, his lyrics of awakening, and using a play-on-words for his locs, "Luma Knotty" was born.

HoBo is one person; Tom Boylan. Referred to as the “one-man-psychedelic-acoustic-loop” artist, HoBo is a modern one-man band. Live, Boylan presents his original songs one layer at a time, looping each instrument's input and compiling all the layers into one sound as he plays!

Led by the fiddler Mr. Kelly Thibodeaux of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Etouffee combines red hot fiddle, shufflin' rhythm and blues, and kickin' Southern rock to create an exciting new sound known as Swamp Rock. This is music that will roll you down Bourbon Street or lead you into the darkest swamps, music so eminently danceable almost no one, young or old , can resist! We are STOKED to have Kelly back on our stage for this iconic event!

More than three decades of fiddlin' and pickin' good old time music for a good old time has been the bands mainstay. Rooted in Old Time Fiddling, Bluegrass and Newgrass the banc presents a wide variation of many styles of music including their own, "SueGrass". The Elena Leona Project is sizzle, spice and everything nice. Like the lovechild of Lauryn Hill and Etta James, this project is funky. THE E.L.P started in Eugene and has been performing at local venues for a few years. The project has undergone several makeovers since the beginning.

Left on Tenth is group of friends who started playing music together on 10th Ave. in Bozeman, MT in 2016. They share a passion for playing live music and creating a fun, enjoyable atmosphere. Their music manifests itself into a variety of genres from funky groves, to hard driving rock, to reggae inspired tunes, to slower sensual ballads. Since nothing is off the table every Left on Tenth show is a little different, but always guaranteed to be a blast for those in the crowd as well as on the stage. We LOVE when Left on Tenth comes to visit our pubs.. it’s sure to be an energetic night of music!
