The food vendors are preparing their Island flavors including:
Haupia from Lani Moku Grill: a traditional Hawaiian dessert, also described as a coconut pudding
Hawaiian Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich from Cozmic Charlie’s Cheeze Shack: Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella, Ham & Pineapple on a Grilled Sourdough
Malibu Burger with Ham, Pineapple, Teriyaki & Swiss (Available with Chicken as instead of beef as well) from Once Famous Grill
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Mango Cocktail Sauce from NOSH SHOP
Habanero Chicken or Shrimp Tacos with a Pineapple & Mango Salsa from Green-Go Tacos
Pineapple Curry with Chicken or Tofu in Red Curry Sauce from Divine Thai
In addition to food and beverages, we’ll be having nightly entertainment and live music featuring:
Thursday— Rootdown (roots / reggae), live on the patio at 7pm
Friday— Untitled Art Florida Seltzer on-site from 5-7pm offering Tastings & Give-Aways; Sweet N’ Juicy (portland funk), live on the patio at 7:30pm
Saturday— Western Beverage on-site sampling Kona and Golden Road, 6-8pm / De Solution Band (reggae / zimbabwaen), live on the patio at 7:30pm
Sunday— Paint N Sip with Sierra, 12-2pm (pre-registration required); Men from S.U.R.F. (local surf rock), live on the patio at 4pm
