beergarden is excited to be celebrating medal winners from this year’s and years past Great American Beer Fest in Denver, Colorado. GABF is the nation’s largest professional beer competition with top-tier brews in 99 beer categories and 175 beer styles. While the main attraction of GABF is beer, select breweries will also pour the nation’s finest “beyond beer” beverages including hard seltzer, kombucha, mead and cider.

Several local and west coast breweries have won medals this year and in previous years and those will be the focus for the brews showcased during this event. Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winning beers will be introduced throughout the week starting Monday, November 10. In Munich, Oktoberfest runs from September 20th through October 5th this year. Traditionally, the mayor will tap the first keg. In honor of these traditions, Beergarden’s Oktoberfest celebration will run the same dates, and we’ve invited Eugene to pour the first stein of beer.

Each year beergarden makes commemorative glassware for our Oktoberfest celebration.  For our 2025 Oktoberfest, we will be doing just that! Get your commemorative steins, while supplies last.

10 years ago, June 5 of 2015, a crew of mostly strangers scrambled to finish the last-minute touches on a brand new beergarden. Slated to open at 5pm that day, we opened the doors to the public at 5:30pm… and the rest is history.

Food Vendors: We’ve shared our space with several talented food vendors throughout the past 10 years, but Lani Moku Grill has been with us since day one. Along with our other 5 food vendors, we’ll be featuring fun food specials throughout the celebration so stay tuned for those delicious details.

Beverages: beergarden is known for having a draft and bottle list full of ever-rotating selections from local breweries as well as breweries around the country and the world. Our neighbors and friends at Coldfire Brewing are also celebrating 10 years strong, and our team just finished brewing a collaboration beer that will be released on our anniversary! In addition to draft beers, we’ll feature ciders, wines, N/A beverages and a special anniversary cocktail menu to cheers our 10 years.

• Saturday, June 7. We knew we wanted to make this celebration HUGE, and we couldn’t think of a better couple of bands to help us do that. Alder Street has been a local favorite for many years, and we are thrilled that they could be a part of our event. In the evening, we welcome our friends from Sol Seed to our stage. Before they became a nationally-touring band, they played our stage… and we are stoked to bring them back to play for all of you! (Seating is first come, first serve)

• Sunday, June 8. For the final day of our event, we will feature a special Paint & Plant event as well as live music by our Fruity Friends, Sweet N’ Juicy.

What does it mean to be called a ‘Muse”?
As a noun, it means a person — especially a woman — who is a source of artistic inspiration. It seems like the perfect word to encompass this Annual Celebration of Women.

March 8 has been recognized as International Women’s Day since the early 1900’s. International Women's Day celebrates women's achievements in the workplace, and we’ve teamed up with PublicHouse to amplify and acknowledge the inspirational women in our lives, behind our pubs, creating our beer & spirits, feeding us and… performing on our stage.

Live Musical Performances: Prior to 1900 and even after, it was expected that "women would perform music, not make music.” Singing was something of an acceptable pastime for a girl, but playing an instrument….?! Writing songs? Producing records? It wasn’t a thing and, for the most part, women didn’t think of themselves as creators of music. So much has changed. So much will continue to change. Both pubs will be showcasing women-led performances and events throughout the five days, including:
